Is it best to take a bus or cab?
That's pretty close to OHare, I'd say a cab. Just walk out of the lower level after you get your luggage and cab stands are right there.

If you are talking BBQ —I have heard that SMOQUE has the best. There have been many write-ups that I have read and it was on several TV programs.
