what is the best way to travel from Chicago Airport to Morton Grove, IL?
Is it best to take a bus or cab?
That's pretty close to OHare, I'd say a cab. Just walk out of the lower level after you get your luggage and cab stands are right there.
The PACE bus might get you there too, but you need to take the airport train out to the Kiss n Fly lot to catch the bus, they don't pick up at Bus & Shuttle anymore. Continental Airport Express MIGHT do it, not sure.
If you are flying into Midway, the cheapest way back to OHare is Wisconsin Coach, or else there is OMEGA, which is a van service between Midway and OHare. Then catch a taxi from OHare. Maybe the OMEGA driver would take you to Morton Grove, not sure, it sure looks close.

Which airport? There are two: Midway and O'hare. I would recommend a taxi in either case. Though bus-rail transport are available and much cheaper, they are time consuming and if you have baggage, quite awkward.
Welcome to Chicago.
